HIDDEN HILLS & MALIBU HEALING HAVEN PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES

  • Five Sense Collective retains full rights to all visual content and media created during this event and on the Healing Haven properties

  • All visual content and media created during this event and on the Healing Haven properties are not to be used for any type of profit, sales or advertising unless written consent by Five Sense Collective

  • All visual content and media created during this event and on the Healing Haven properties are only to be used in non-profit promotion on digital Social Media platforms

  • All visual content and media created during this event and on the Healing Haven properties must visibly acknowledge, tag and credit Five Sense Collective across all social platforms, blogs, websites, press and publications

  • Five Sense Collective may use any and all visual content and media created during this event and on the Healing Haven properties for their own promotional usage on all Social Media platforms

  • ABSOLUTELY NO VIDEO FOOTAGE, STILL FOOTAGE OR ANY DOCUMENTATION OF ANY KIND IS TO BE TAKEN OF THE MAIN HOUSE. ONLY OF THE HEALING HAVEN SPACES

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We do not offer any refunds or reschedules

  • If you cannot make it to your booked session, you are more then welcome to gift the space to a friend. If you do so, please be sure to forward all the information on how to get to the Healing Haven’s, and email team@fivesensecollective.com with name switch

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I recognize that activities related to yoga, meditation, sound vibration, holistic healing, workshops, retreats and/or involve physical, emotional and mental activities may be strenuous. By my participation in any activity/practice at or provided by Five Sense Collective and and/or their collaborators I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, allergies, injuries or damages, known or unknown, that I may incur. I acknowledge there is no obligation for any person to provide medical care during, prior to or after any activity. I, my heirs and/or representatives release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue or assert a claim against Five Sense Collective, their collaborators and property owners for any physical, mental and/or emotional injury, illness, damages or reactions caused. Five Sense Collective, their collaborators and property owners are not in any way, shape or form responsible for anyone, client, guest or attendee obtaining the Covid19 Virus (Coronavirus) or any other illness, sickness, disease, virus or cold.. I agree that I am fully responsible for my own wellbeing and health emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally. I have carefully read this waiver and release. By signing this form, I voluntarily agree to all the above terms by Five Sense Collective.
